We will pack into 2 days as much as we can about the basics of watercolor. This class is perfect for those who’ve never painted watercolor or have only played with it a little. There will be lots of demos and time for you to paint with one on one help. This class will be limited to 12 people. We will go over the fundamental techniques to teach you how to control watercolor. Class #1 we will draw the picture. Class #2 we will apply under-paint and texture. Class #3 we will work on painting and adding essential details. Class #3 we will finish and frame. Students will work on and complete one 16×20 watercolor along with me. Some drawing experience required. Supply list available online.

The instructor will work closely with the attendees to help them further their own personal style and skill level. Best suited for students who seek guidance to expand and explore their art. Students should bring their own materials, tools and ideas to work with during class. Welcome media include: Water color, acrylic, drawing, pastels, clay, mosaic, colored pencil.
